Craft is the membership community for testing psychologists where we turn good ideas into real progress — through structure, accountability, and connection, without more overwhelm.
Watch how CRAFT helps testing psychologists move from information overload to consistent implementation — with a community that actually gets it.
Dr. Sharp has helped hundreds of psychologists move from information overload to consistent implementation over the past 10 years. Now get the same guidance along with a community that actually gets it.
You've listened to podcasts, saved ideas "for later," and meant to clean up your systems. The problem isn't information — it's having a structured place to actually implement.
No backlog, no pressure, no constant new content to consume.
Twice-monthly live sessions and quarterly focus topics keep you moving forward.
Practical, professional, and grounded in real practice life.
"I know what I should do...I just can't seem to make it happen."
After running a large group practice, scaling back, and coaching hundreds of psychologists, I realized the problem wasn't information. We have plenty of that. The problem is having a structured place to actually implement, with people who get it. That's why I built this community. It's intentionally simple. It respects your time and cognitive load. And it's designed to help you move forward, quietly and consistently.

"I wouldn't have a practice if it wasn't for Jeremy & the Testing Psychologist."
"If I had to use two words...I would choose 'transformational' and 'value.' There were moments during the experience that were really challenging while I broke down some of the habits and beliefs that simply weren't working for me. It was painful, but so incredibly worth it."
"Honestly feel like [this] was a game-changer for me. The opportunities for business development, encouraging a growth mindset, making lifelong friends and colleagues, and validation as a business owner."
We'll start by helping you get clarity on your numbers, build a simple monthly "review your books" habit, and identify realistic next steps for stability and profitability.

Craft is the only membership specifically for testing folks. It focuses on implementation, not information. There's no backlog of content to consume, no pressure to keep up. Instead, you get structured support to actually implement what you already know you should be doing.
Craft replaces the old mastermind model. In the past, mastermind groups were separate, fixed-term programs with a higher barrier to entry. Craft brings that work into an ongoing membership, with more flexibility and less pressure. Instead of committing to a standalone mastermind upfront, members can now: access implementation support continuously, engage at different depths depending on the season they’re in, and move between levels of support without reapplying or waiting for a cohort to start. In other words, Craft offers more continuity and less friction than the old mastermind structure.
1:1 consulting is now available only within Craft. Previously, strategy sessions and consulting packages were offered separately. Going forward, all consulting happens inside the membership — either through: live group Q&A, small-group coaching (Mastery), or limited 1:1 support (Mastery). This shift allows for: better context over time, less repetition, and more meaningful follow-through. Rather than one-off conversations, Craft supports ongoing progress.
Two main reasons: First, most people didn’t need more advice — they needed structure and accountability to actually implement what we discussed. Second, having everything inside one ecosystem allows for: better continuity, more realistic expectations, and a calmer, more sustainable way to work together. Craft is designed to support real change over time, not quick fixes.
Yes. At this point, Craft is the only way to access consulting, coaching, or direct support. That said, Craft offers different levels of engagement: Essentials for steady structure and accountability Mastery for deeper, more personalized support You can choose the level that fits where you are right now.
Yes — and often for a different reason. People who’ve worked with me before tend to use Craft as: a place to maintain momentum, a way to stay connected without intensity, and a structure for revisiting priorities over time. Craft isn’t about learning something new every week. It’s about using what you already know.
Twice-monthly live sessions (2 hours each) and optional office hours. The quarterly focus areas are designed to fit into your existing practice without overwhelming your schedule.
Twice-monthly live calls happen every other Tuesday from 9 - 11 AM Mountain time (11 AM - 1 PM Eastern time), starting February 3rd.
All sessions are recorded and available in the resource library. However, the real value comes from live participation and community interaction.
